Amalia, along with her older brother Alex, is the 5th generation family owner of Winkley Orthotics & Prosthetics. She grew up at Winkley and was surrounded by this industry which created an interest in prosthetics for life; as she ended up following her father Greg and grandfather Bob into the Prosthetic field.

Amalia is focused in lower limb prosthetic fittings, primarily specializing in trans-femoral socket fittings and is excited to work through each patient's personal goals to find them the customization that works best.

Working in the prosthetic field can be daunting at times, but each patient's progress and success is what keeps her motivated day-to-day.

While raising two daughters with her husband, Amalia enjoys gardening, listening to music, practicing yoga, trying a new restaurant, walking her dog, travelling or just enjoying a glass of wine and a good movie.
