In 2010 Alicia started an 8 year endeavor into O&P Supply Chain while she was attending school, but her family has been practicing O&P for four generations now.  She spent a lot of time in O&P facilities as a young child into adulthood, so it has always been a familiar setting to her.

​

Alicia is currently focused on treating trauma within the hospitals; stable and unstable factures, and post-operative devices.​ She has been fascinated by scoliosis and spine, especially because no two cases are ever alike.

​

"I often meet people when they are having one of the worst days of their life.  Although it may seem like a bad time to meet someone, it is very motivating to watch them heal and progress from that point on.  I thoroughly enjoy following up with people I meet to get a better sense of who they are, and to be by their side as they continue on their journey."

Alicia enjoys snowmobiling, body building, spending time up in northern Minnesota, and spending time with her two Labrador Retrievers.
